Vacation Townhomes Development
Successfully managed the development and construction of Magic Village in Orlando, FL, a premier hospitality community featuring 75 two-story units located near Orlando’s world-renowned theme parks. Our team oversaw project planning, contractor coordination, and construction execution, ensuring that the resort met the highest standards of modern architecture and luxury accommodations. The development also included a clubhouse, resort-style pool, and a dedicated maintenance facility, all designed to enhance the guest experience.

Oversaw site selection, design coordination, and construction management, ensuring each center meets medical-grade standards and regulatory compliance while maintaining a modern, donor-friendly environment. These facilities, typically ranging from 6,000 to 7,000 sf, include state-of-the-art plasma collection equipment, donor waiting areas, and back-of-house lab processing spaces.
